CLIENT CARE
In addition to providing my clients with rapid response security and protection ; we provide you with a dedicated Client Care Specialist, or CCS, that will be available from the start of our services, and available 24/7 to assist you, your guests, or family with proper protective protocol. Your CCS will initially help to prepare a Security Overview Assessment that will oversee all field work required by you as a client; and working requirements to plan proper security procedures to ensure that everything runs smoothly. All Client Care Specialists are knowledgeable and experienced in private security and work hard to meet my client’s needs. Many of our CCS’s are asked for by name and develop great working relationships with our clients.
Though most all field security (out with / traveling ) issues regarding our clients, that could occur - will be handled by the security team leader, and bodyguard support to ether deter, secure, or eliminate all potential security threats. You also have 24/7 access to your security team leader, and your bodyguard team. But at all times, your CCS will still be updated continually and will be ready to assist at any time. When you host special events, such as concerts and celebrations, our Security Services can provide crowd management. Our crowd management services enforce the policies and procedures of your venue while maintaining high customer service standards. We will guide the movement and activity of the crowd at your event in a professional and courteous manner. Our bodyguards have worked with many celebrities, business executives, and hi-profile clientele and are extremely well trained to monitor the guests for potential problems or conflicts and to maintain the safety of your event and guests. With my Security Services taking care of your guests, you can host a safe and successful special event.
When a situation arises that may require special security services, our Security Services Armed bodyguards can help. Our bodyguards are trained in the use of firearms and are fully belted. The bodyguards I work with carry a firearm, taser gun, expandable baton, flashlight, handcuffs, O.C. spray, and a cell phone.
Our officers are fully trained and certified in the use of all the equipment they carry. We offer plain clothes bodyguards for an inconspicuous presence or black class A dress uniforms that give an authoritative visual appearance. Our armed services can be employed for many uses from access control to personal protection. The Security Services armed bodyguard can provide you unique services to meet any of my clients needs.
